gods are travelling on the risk of committent even if gods are sold till the final destination.
All prices are EX WORKS without transport.
All gods are exclusively property of Italsime srl till faktura is not completely paid ( according to third comma Art. 1498 civil code ).
In case of delayed payment we will add interest according to law. Any claim is not valid after 10 days , accounted from the day of delivery of gods.
All payment have to be done directly to Italsime's bank account and they will not be valid until you receive our payment confirmation. In case of legal dispute the competent court is Prato's one.
We are not accepting any gods back without the prevoius fullfilling of RMA modules.

CONAI's contribute is paid where necessary.
 
Warranty is 1 year from the date that machine starts working if this info is provided by client, or normally the date of invoice. This includes the engine and all parts not subject to wear.
Warranty is limited to substitution of parts that are not working or to substituion of machine if it has some difects. Warranty is not extended to damage caused by difects of machine
